Which one is right for a small business?

For most solo and micro businesses, Microsoft 365 is more software than you need — and more complexity than you signed up for. Setting it up for the first time, adding it to a new phone, or moving it to a new computer requires navigating admin panels that weren’t designed with small businesses in mind.

If what you really need is a professional email address at your domain, something that’s easy to set up on any device, and a few smart features to help you stay on top of customer communication — Titan covers that ground well.

Microsoft 365 makes a lot of sense if you’re already using Word and Excel daily, need Teams for your team, or work in an industry with specific compliance requirements. If you’re a one- or two-person operation and you mainly need email that looks professional and just works — Titan is the easier, more affordable path.

One thing to know about Titan

Titan’s built-in calendar works well within its own apps. However, if you or your clients use Microsoft Outlook to send and receive calendar invites, there’s a known compatibility issue: Accept/Decline buttons may not appear correctly in Outlook when a Titan calendar invite is received.

If your business relies on Outlook calendar scheduling with clients or contractors, then Microsoft 365 is likely the better choice.
